La villa confiscata al boss Walter Schiavone
Agrorinasce e la Facoltà di Architettura di Aversa iniziano un importante rapporto di collaborazione per il recupero ad un uso sociale della villa confiscata al boss camorrista Walter Schiavone, destinata a diventare sede del “Centro Sportivo riabilitativo e per disabili”: alla Facoltà di Architettura, attraverso il Dipartimento Cultura del Progetto, è stata affidata la progettazione esecutiva e la direzione dei lavori di recupero della villa.«Si tratta di un accordo molto importante per tutto il territorio – afferma il direttore generale Giovanni Allucci – che è stato possibile grazie al finanziamento concesso dalla Regione Campania, Assessorato allo Sport, Turismo e Tempo Libero. È un accordo che permette di raggiungere un duplice obiettivo: concretizzare in tempi relativamente rapidi la realizzazione di una importante struttura sociale, utile a tutta l'area aversana, ed, allo stesso tempo, sensibilizzare l'opinione pubblica, in particolare i giovani dell'area, e le Amministrazioni Comunali sul recupero sociale dei beni confiscati alla camorra». Un forte impegno attende Agrorinasce e la Facoltà di Architettura, anche in considerazione sia dei notevoli danni che presenta la struttura, sia delle stesse dimensioni della villa confiscata, che sorge su un'area di 3.400 mq circa, con un immobile di tre livelli per complessivi 850 mq ed una piccola piscina esterna
